Description
Hi Everyone, Here is a silly photo of the three hole outhouse at the farmhouse we have been renovating. Thought a view from on top of a chair in the doorway was best to show detail. There are still calendars and magazines in it from days gone by. Hope everyone is enjoying their week. Thanks to those who view and also to those who comment on my photos. Best to all -GB-

People talk about the good ole days...this is not a bad memory but glad things along this line have improved:) Particularly rough on a freezing winter morning.

cool shot !

These places are so creepy to me, but I'm not too old to remember them. A big house would have the luxury of a three-holer. We don't see those but do see a few two-story models out here. Hehe.

Great work. Humorous, bu still artistic.

Very nice shot :)

I never could get comfortable on one of those things. Too much TV or scary novels...I always had this fear of giant spiders, deranged snakes and rabid rats leaping up and taking a chunk out of my exposed parts. Get in and no time to read and get out. :-) Fun shot.

That's a fancy "outhouse". Looks like there were lids for the holes. I'm old enough to remember these well. Ever heard of a duplex outhouse? When I was much younger we lived in a coal mining town where the houses were owned by the coal company. Up the hill from our house and our neighbor's house was our duplex facilities. Thanks for sharing a part of history with us.

LOL, Fabulous shot! I still remember the ol' outhouse at my grandparents' farm...ewww... (your never outta paper as long as you have the old catalog, lol) Thanks for the memories!!!

Fascinating! Your title made me laugh... having had over 50 lodgers, I have only had one male one who could predict when they were running out in their loo...all the others seemed to think it would magically replenish itself just before they were caught with a dirty behind and and empty holder. Heaven knows how they cope when they get a flat of their own!

A pity! An earlier visit and you would have had "On a Roll." Maybe you still have at that, for you've caught the ultimate in success - but maybe it's a paper gone too many? Do you have a pair of hats in the box (big loo, or little people)?
mimda
dang, we only had a two seater!!!
