Description

The Trotternish Peninsula on Skye. Scotland. The Storr marks the start of the Trotternish ridge which runs for almost 30Km north, to the Quiraing. It marks the biggest landslip in Europe, and in weather like this it's just a magical place to see. www.aangusphotography.com

The weathered cuts in the surrounding country are just great and the one tall one being near centered is a perfect composition. I get the feeling of being well above sea level in this shot simply because the sky is so vast.
