Description
this tree is right on the edge of the rim at Bryce. Richardphoto and me came there as it was snowing. I saw this tree with it root system as you see it and I took a photo of it. All I had was a 70 to 250 mm zoom on my camera and I had to use manul at all times. I got the len for 4$25 so i thought it was goo deal. I do have shots of the canyon too but I like this shot so here it is. That is snow around first part of april of this year.
still did not down loaded the shots of New orleans lol I guess i do that tonight

the white in the dark areas and in the sky the dark parts is snow falling. you see it good in the big photo as you zoom in. I had to cover the camera with paper

If you zoom in one could use their imagination and perhaps think of large snakes turned to wood and attached themselves to this big old tree ( I do have that kind of imagination as you can tell What a wonderful tress indeed and a great capture jocko!~

excellent capture.I have been there twice and missed the tree both times.no matter what we see another person will see something we missed. if I could move to Nevada, I would be at Bryce or Zion constantly
