Description
"The Buckner Ridge was the first among several decomissioned battleships turned into prison facilities. These ships orbit lonely planets and are no longer able to travel space, since their engines have been stripped from the hull. Gen-pop is locked away in the lower decks.
Extremely violent and dangerous inmates are imprisoned on deck 1 and held in suspended animation. They are aware of their surrounding, but are not able to speak or move.
Four guard units are assigned to each ship. Two are on leave on the planet, one serves as backup on a frigate in orbit and one unit is on the prison ship. Guards rotate on a weekly basis, first going to the frigate, from there to the prison ship and then going back to the planet via a short stop on the frigate."
Had this idea while working on a comic (yay, first two pages are done... only a lot more work to do :D). I dunno if I will use this idea in it or not, since there are still a lot of details to fill in :)
