I like the vegetation and the water very much.

Plants are looking very natural, Bob. Only thing I see is maybe a color change between where the ground meets the water to accent a shoreline. To really impress me you will have to put Jurassic rock layer somewhere on the slope with Dinosaur fossils in it. Then I might try to render a Terragen scene again. Do they have a control for that?

cool vegetation is this big bend terrain?

Thanks to all for visiting. @ prutzworks: This is the 'Big Bend' 514 terrain which can be imported into TG2. You can use a vertical height adjusting shader to shorten the height which I did. @ abreojos: What you are seeing is the mountain's reflection on the water. The only thing I might have done different here was to lighten the color of the dry vegetation.

Beautiful image. Looks like the terrain out here in Yuma next to the Gila Mountains in the Sonoran Desert except we do not have the water here lol. Nice terrain and vegetation.

Great render. One of these rare views where I can feel the (big) scale of the landscape. Position/size of trees and water is perfect. Perhaps a little more contrast for the render ?

Hi Bob ! Beautiful image in all aspects ! I am starting to learn TG2 and find the forums at Planetside extremely useful and eager to finally realize a decent render ! Hope I can get to your level at some point ! I just love this one and the distribution is just about perfect ! What are those plants BTW ? Have a good weekend my friend ! Take Care !
