The little one is yours truly and the grown up is my late Father, God bless him!
Major G.B.Duffy MC.RE.SOE. A great war hero, who worked in Albania in secret during the war with of all people. Anthony Quayle, Anthony Quinn & Gregory Peck, all of whom were operatives in the famous SOE, the forerunner of the world reknowned, SAS.
Apparently, this is well documented, thanks to Steve (aka Pops) who tells me the guns of navarone was a true account of a real incident that happened during the war.
Thanks for stopping by. I have moved close to 2 tons of gravel with Cathy, to fill a concrete base which used to be a greenhouse. My back is throbbing, but I love the way it looks. I wonder what my Father and Mother would think? lol
