Description

This is a cat I found when I went to my Grandma's house one day. (I think it's her neighbors') It was really friendly and I loved it! Alas, all I could do was take a bunch of pictures. I like this picture a lot BUT the aperature is all funky, so the only thing actually in focus is the cat's face...which is kind of a cool effect in itself, I suppose, but not what I was going for. I really wanted the whole cat to be in focus--not just its face--but you take what you can get if you know anything about how fickle cats can be (plus, my camera is far from being anything professional). Surprisingly, this cat was more cooperative than most when it comes to taking pictures. :) Oh, and it's a male cat. I don't know its name.

I can understand why you loved this cat, he is really beautiful and has the most gorgeous eyes. Yes it looks good with just the face in focus as that is the place where the eye wants to concentrate anyway. Brilliant capture! hugs Jane xx

Pretty kitty! It has a dreamy quality to it, just like a cat's world. I think you did fine, even though it was not what you wanted for the image. ;c) You must love cats.
