Description
I took this shot at Hickory Hills Wildlife Perserve.These elk are soo friendly that I even had one lick my camera while I was trying to take a pic of another. Scared me half to death to see tongue on my camera through the view lens! Needless to say that pic turned out black! Hope you enjoy and thanks for viewing!

Outstanding and by being so close you have gotten beyond an ordinary picture of this friendly animal (mule?) and are now beginning to reveal his "personality". You can do this either by being so close he/she can lick your lens or you can do it by combining use of your zoom lens and a close crop of the animal when you prepare the photo for upload. Either way works but you don't want a lion licking your lens. LOL. Good job.

Now there is a title quote I have not heard in years lol You have a good eye Trina, well, I take it you have two eyes like everyone I suppose lol, but you know what I mean, now that I have positively insulted Lord Nelson with my two eyes is normal jibe, this is a great shot, I like the details here…
