the rider is done with sandstone and was in former times probably painted. Over the centuries however this painting disappeared, and it is not well-known, which coloured organization was selected. here he is painted with gold - The original of the Magdeburger of rider is today in the emperor petrol hall of the culturalhistorical museum Magdeburg
