Description

Been rainy...and suppose to continue till Friday...I took this yesterday with one hand on my camera and the other holding an umbrella. Now I know how the Seattle gals feel!

Did you know REAL Seattlites don't carry umbrellas? Generally it doesn't rain heavy enough to really need one; it's a matter of pride and toughness, I think. That said, this is a wonderful capture, the colors are beautiful! Well done, especially for a one-handed shot!

Oh, our rain isn't very wet, actually. :| The big difference is that you can see your rain off in the distance. Ours is always right on top of you. I don't have ANY rain shots where there's any light somewhere else! This is gorgeous. The light on the waves is extraordinary!
