Hi there.
This one shows two phases of pumping up the wings. The upper one was hatched some minutes before the shot, the lower one about 20-30 minutes before.
Thanks for all your comments. The last shots on this series are two shots with the full developed moths in their naturally pose and in their threatening gesture.
PS.: Those shots where taken in the middle of the night, between 23.50 and 00.10 from Sunday to Monday. I used some quick-settings on the cam, because my head was heavy and I liked to go to bed... ;-) Not an excuse, just an information *g*

As you can see, your subjects are a bit out of focus. I think this is due to the close focal range and using F8. If you were further away, and zoomed in at this same F-Stop, more of the subjects would have been in focus.
