Description
I taught him how to walk and talk
To love his neighbor,to walk with pride
When he left I held back the tears
and tried to hide the fear inside
His new world,taught him to walk and talk
a different way,to dislike the neighbors
where he finds there is no play
I know the choice was his ,not mine
I only pray he comes back in time:

Wonderful tribute to Memorial Day, Evie. I hope I live to see a day set aside to celebrate the end of all wars on earth. Someday the people of earth might spend more time learning compasion and spend less time waving their flags. That would be a start. Anyway, great job above Evie.. Bravo and hugs from Dave :^)
