Description
On the way home from visiting my kids and grandkids this weekend, I stopped by the hunting preserve late this evening and found this rabbit trying his best to blend into the scenery. Took a few shots of him before he ran under the cedar tree to hide. I eased around the tree and found him hiding under some low hanging branches; he moved enough so I could just see him through the leaves, I got a few more shots before he took off to places unknown. Thanks for stopping by and for any comments you care to leave!!!

Great photo shots!

Very nice captures. Rabbits are skittish for a reason: when you're just above grass and clover on the food chain, it makes you wired!

Wonderful captures. We know it's time to cut our grass, when it's hard to find them. We call it "bunny deep" grass, which is how they'd prefer it all the time.

great shots, you can imagine him thinking 'if I sit real still he wont be able to see me....'

Most lovely subject! These animals are so soft and so delicate... almost afraid to touch one, for hurting it... so very fragile! I love the way they can camouflage themselves so very well.... most interesting and beautiful!
