"In a not distant future, thanks to the cloning techniques we'll be all equals, only we'll be able to stand out thanks to the serial number".I've used AerySoul's ElvenStrapped, Magician's Shakari and Daz's container although I have accomplished some variations for this image. Only a curiosity the image has more than 100 points of light.

Knowing mankind's historical record and need for dominion over others I doubt that the people in power would ever let this happen!!!!!!
