My wife and I have fooled around with creating sepia-toned photos with just a splash of colour here or there, such as you've pulled off in this example. It is a wonderful effect, and really draws the viewer to what the artist intends. She is gorgeous, her mouth/lips are fabulous, her eyes alluring and the overall composition only adds to the effect. Bravo!
