Almost black as you can see in the inset little photo, the closer look reveals a dark plum color. Hope all had a safe weekend. -GB-

Very cool black tulip. Have always wanted to grow these and the gardening magzines have such cool names for them but the prices are way too steep for me.:) Beautiful capture!!

These are my absolute favorites...so deep, so rich in color...this flower does it to me--like black orchids (violet also), they make me swoon. Thanks for that feeling again. Nice color saturation in the tulip.
