My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

Outdoor umbrellas, bushes, lattice work, and plenty of light splashes...mighty cool for having your back to the view. Glad you guys had a fine day! Great shot here.

This is a nice little delight, with all those reflections in each window! Good choice too, no one needs more chores!

Good to meet up with fellow members and swap stories and I guess from the amount of trvelling Sig has done he will have volumes of tales. I can see you had a great seat to catch a veriety of reflections through the glass.Brilliant! look forward to more views!

How wonderful Tara - a whole myriad of views! I agree that you might have had the better view but will judge that when we see Sig's picture of his view! LOL... Stay cool!!! :)

There is a fabulous repetition in this that makes it so easy to view. Nothing complicated and yet there is so much to find it it. Lovely.

A very nice capture Tara, that would quite a task come window cleaning time!
frankie96

WOW. I can practically smell the wood in this. The POV is fantastic, and I really love the rich play of color. There's a particular geometry to this that rocks...there's regularity, but each pane is different, kinda like a bunch of well behaved kids who aren't going to be well behaved too much longer. I particularly like that bit of red that resembles a honeycomb pattern...that's what grabbed my eye first. It does something to the focus of the picture that I like, but it doesn't dominate the scene in a way that makes you miss the other cool reflections and shadows and lines. I like this a lot.
