The camera is incidental--the eye uncovers harmony of blossoms floating in air, shadows over wall, stone in grout. The digital aspect, which a painter might manage differently is the layering, including the surface of the stems. One of your most subtle works, a found pattern that is the reverse of the ready-made. Once again brilliantly done, if lost on most who view it, including those stupefied by the supposed technics, hard and soft, of the mere box and pinpoint that is the camera. You could easily have painted this, even as a moment--spontaneously or from memory, perhaps in the Italian manner, which is simple ingredients, long husbanded, splashed on the table in combinations that conceal art.
