We went out on Moses Lake near Galveston Bay.
Was Fun!!!!
Still wish I had more ZOOM!!!

I know exactly what you mean about not enough zoom! I have the same problem...but this is fantastic, there are so many of them; what a great find and capture!

Nice shot, I noticed you use a Kodak and talked about wanting more zoom, Kodak has a new camera out with a 24X Zoom I have one similar and they are very nice cameras, I love mine. You might get a bit closer to those pelicans. :)

You did a fantastic job of capturing a beautiful day!!!!! Looks like am awesome place to hang out and take some photos!!!! Warm sun in a gorgeous sky... nice stretch of coast, and some lovely local wild life!!!!!! You can just make out the dwellings in the distance! Superb photo!!!!!

Oh my gosh! This certainly is a different sight. I used to fish Moses Lake when I lived there. There was an old ship that someone lived on that was in really crappy shape...good sized thing of metal and wood as I recall. And the dirt road out was terrible, especially when it rained! What a fabulous trip home this is for me. Guess the fishing isn't so good with this many "fishermen" lined up, huh?
