(continued) Night turns into early dawn... The formerly so powerful High Lords...For 150 years ago they started to rebuild the entire destroyed city and brought it to life again. They created the meccha-people, artificial, often - but not always - humanlike beings - now the rising rivals or equals of man... Politics destroyed the world and the City,too - so the High Lords, almost mythological human beings (but actually top scientists) wanted to prevent a new disaster...Human wasn't mature enough they think, to avoid big conflicts leading to wars...But what would these "wise fathers" of the City do now? The people want the democracy back...
