Description

This is a Viola ... a tiny little pansy-like flower, that I find so adorable. I thought I'd crop it like this, and do something completely different from what I have ever done .. it may not be everyone's cuppa tea, but I'm just playing around; trying different things ... I was getting bored with just uploading photos .. ya know? Eventually, believe it or not, I'd like to learn VUE. :-) The more I see Vue stuff, the more I want to learn. At this point, I have no idea where to start. I am hoping Umbetro38 will some day give me some direction and pointers. Check out his Gallery - it's full of quality Vue work! Thanks for stopping by my gallery ... and for any comments you may decide to make. Hope you are having a great day! Shari ***************************************************************** Thank you for your kind comments and Favs on my previous upload!!: "Little Butterfly" .. thumb_1889523.jpg

As long as Vue does not take over, I for one would miss your beautiful images, and this is no exception, I am off to bed now, didn't plan on coming back to rendo, but true friends deserve respect and I couldn't ignore the ebot :)

Interesting application of postwork, Sharilyn. It's my view that Vue would be both challenging and a lot of fun.

I find it always fun to play' with photos sometimes as well, gives you a little more creativity then just aiming and shooting. Love this.. have fun with Vue, and don't ask me how to use it I haven't a clue. :)

I like violas a lot, we have them growing everywhere here and like pansies they have such happy little faces! This is beautiful Shari, I would miss your photos too but certainly understand the need for a departure from the norm! Super work!!! Thanks for liking the baby spiders and sharing your story too:-)

Very beautiful work Shari! Why don't you go ahead and jump in with Vue, it is a very intuitive software, you'll find your way around :) And you can get the first version 'Pioneer' for free or the learning edition. But I agree with PD154, keep doing your beautiful photo work too, you're so good :)

I LOVE free spirited OUT OF THE LINES - "Experimenters"!!! I know I would NEVER have learned the little I HAVE of so MANY different software programs if I hadn't done the same sort of how DID you put it the other day - "Postworking things to DEATH"??? You've taken a solitary dainty flower & created a gorgeous spellbinding purple mini-realm from it. I use them for colourway / textural backgrounds that I WANT but I can't FIND anywhere else when I get lucky & make one like this work that just GRABS me! I concur with not giving up on posting your photography - Your photos are just STUNNING Shari - LOVELY WOOK - Especially from one too CHICKEN to JUMP the fence & BUY one of the VUE-like dimensional programs myself! Big Hugzzz & FIVE BY FIVES here! Teri
