I don't see the lady...lots of blood...I think the axeman knows the secret... the guy top right must be a 1920s cop trying to solve a CRYme that happened in the year 2009. seeing all the blood all over the place, he can't see the murderer that is standing right before him.

I read in your image alleys, avenues, streets, crossing to and interacting with life in all its meaning,in that big city..where nobody can not be but unknown...so, everything becomes a secret...and the lady too!!I apreciate the concept behind!
