Description

This is my take on the classic comic character.I started with The Elemental from Daz3d(posed in DazStudio)and added my own custom texture(a photo of rocky ground combined with one of mossy rock,with a basic altitude to mix the two).Then I added branches from Spacebones,rocks and foliage from Bryce 6.1,a plant from the Lisa's Botanicals Pond Life set from Daz3D,and a moth model freebee(I think from Rendo freebees).Two radial lights(light yellow in front and blue behind,with falloff around 65)and Premium setting to render.Sig and contrast boost in Photoshop.Thanks for viewing and comments!

Wow, this is fabulous work, a strange looking creature indeed and very interesting to read how much hard work has gone into his skin textures. I like the addition of the moths flying around him as well. Gonna have to be a fave of mine this one. Tony.

Nice character! very eco-friendly. -I believe some would be offended by the title. The PC term would be "Wetland Denizen" ;-}

Excellent portrayal, Neil. The mossy look to his skin and textures really bring it to life.
