Description

Click it for a significantly larger view. Lots of stuff in this one. Took hours to render out. Doesn't it suck to render for hours and then find an obvious flaw that you have to go back and fix? I hate that. It's a testament to my unforgivable haste. Just about everything in this I got from DAZ at some time or another. The original idea was to have some doom-and-gloom prophet spewing some nonsense and everyone at the table laughing at him. Hence the smiles on their faces. But it didn't work out that way, so I added a flame and a book and made him a really showy storyteller.

I know what you mean about the little flaws showing up after a long render! I agree, it really really sucks, as it has happened to me more times than I care to remember. Alas, I too must admit to being a bit too hasty at times when I am working on a particularly enjoyable render and can't wait to see what it will look like. I love the interraction you have achieved in this image! I especially like the way the lead blond knight is mesmerized by the story teller! Who knows where this story line could lead to next? (You do!) I find that possibility most intrigueing and may dream about them tonight, but I digress. I really like this image! Very creative and most enjoyable!!!!!
