Description
This organ is not mended to be a design for an instrument. It is a composition with organ pipes, partly symmetrical, partly not; rising up zigzagging, in a certain rhythm. The wood is adding a warm colour, revealing the cone shaped bases, and adds a rhythm also. This organ is music instead of a music instrument.
This work pays homage to J. S. Bach; and to Keith Jarret as well, since I listened to his Hymns & Spheres on organ while making this work.
Because organs are often in churches and churches often have glass windows, I used coloured lights. Some smoke of incense is rising. I hope you like the smell! Thanks a lot for any comment.

You have just gotten deep into my heart as I am a church organist and the instrument is my passion (see page 4 of my gallery)...and that's putting it mildly. Thank you for sharing your ability and talent on this render. Goes directly into my favorites.

Keith (photostar) is right. This a splendid tribute to the instrument and the people who play it. Nice Bryce-work too. Well done.
