Description

Hi all - Every now and then, I get the itch to do some digital painting. I wanted to do a cat pic but not do it based off a photo. I did use one of my previous cat paintings as a reference for the hair color and patterns but otherwise this is just freehand painting. I purposely painted the eyes really big - almost like cartoon cat eyes. The goal here was to capture the expression a cat gets when he's excited by something. My cat gets this wide eyed glossy look when I'm about to give him a cat treat. It's like he's saying "oh, yes, yes, I want it, yes!" :) Please zoom for details! :) Thanks sooo much for your comments and favs on my last pictures. I really appreciate!!! Have a great Sunday.
