Description

Something a little different from me, I'm being a little cheeky and somewhat deceptive, it's really a nice piece of dried wood with many shapes that I found in the forest placed on a vinyl table in the sun on my front porch and little postwork and monochrome and there you have it. Zoom in for a closer look!

Superb work. It has an otherworldly look! The monochrome qualities are perfect, especially in giving the impression that this is a "nature shot" rather than something with a bit more to do with creative positioning. Fantastic, moody work. I especially like the way that the wood looks like overhanging rock, with a single upthrust implying a deeper rock structure buried under sand on a beach. That's the impression I get. The light/shadow on the table top recalls a stretch of beach. Great!
