Part 2 of the Osprey series .. and final shot. Here he is again, at take off - he's had enough of the camera. lol Can't say I blame him. ;) p.s. I had a young pair a few weeks back in the tree behind my house (for a day) on their migration just north of us in the foothills. It was an incredible sight. My camera and I did not do well but the blurs I did get are dear to my heart. I don't know when I'll get so close to them in the wild again. Fabulous shot!

Actually we can see there is not leather strip on the bird leg. For me this makes it an excelent picture. You tranformed it into something magical with a postwork.

Wonderful shot. There are several Osprey nests around my house but I've never got a close-up like this. Bravo.

one of my best mates has been on/off working up north of Scotland these past few months caring for the some Osprey up there, caring for their environment, counting them, studying them etc.. I was definitely giving consideration to tagging along with as long a lens as I could lay hand on at some point =) this is a nice capture, well presented and composed, good one
