...and another thing...I quit smoking and promptly gained back 15 of the 22 lbs I lost last year. #%&^*! it! Sugar-free candy doesn't agree with me...found THAT out the hard way! I'll be so glad to get really old when I can stop worrying about all that! Tbink I'll go back to smoking and eating all I want when I get there. LOL!

Great spiral work, Maddy. I've learned not to sweat the small stuff as I've become older. Best to choose what you enjoy (whatever that is) than end your life regretting all you gave up and did without. None of us get out alive, and a life lived only for the future is no life. There is only the present. Anyway that's my story and I'm stickin' to it.

DO NOT START SMOKING. DO NOT START SMOKING. DO NOT START SMOKING. Did I mention you should not start smoking again? The hardest thing I ever did was quit smoking. Your body will stabilize, your matabolism will kick back in, and you will watch what you eat and you will lose the weight. And you'll feel so much better, and grins, so self righteous!! And look what a beautiful fractal you've created being nicotine free!!! Oh Lord, I'm reallybeing preachy, aren't I?? Ah, but this is beautiful!!
