More time in the garden with my hired Canon 100mm USM Macro, I gotta get me one of these!
Dunno what these flies are but there are loads of them and they dont move much once they settled so they are great for me to practice on!

Apparently it's a Greenbottle.. I only ever heard of bluebottles before!
