Hi everyone,
Been mega-busy with 'real world' issues lately and things aren't really likely to settle down for another month or so, but thought I'd just pop in for a wee update and an upload..
Firstly bout the shot - this location I only discovered a week or so ago as I've been trying in what spare time I have to explore a bit more of the immediate area here, but it's an interesting spot with plenty of photographic opportunities.. I got there a bit late for the light on this occasion but at least there was still a hint of sunset colour in the sky. This is Elie lighthouse along the Fife coastal trail.
Briefly in other news, only 2 weeks til I shoot my first wedding.. just taken delivery of a flash (580 exII) and wireless remote which I've spent the weekend practising with on willing friends.. seem to be getting good results but much still to learn in not a very long space of time! My stock portfolios are beginning to show signs of growth but it's a very time consuming process, and between all my commitments the building of my website is rather lagging behind.. end of the year I'm hoping. As yet I haven't managed to find a suitable run of days for highland exploration, but all in good time... thanks again to those who offered suggestions in the forum, really appreciate it!
In my opinion this isn't really the best shot I've taken these past few weeks but it's the easiest to post in a hurry ;) Anyway hope you're all doing well, I'm going to make a conscious effort to have a little browse and catchup this evening.

Weddings can be stressful, make sure you take this calming shot along to keep you on an even keel, lol!...Nice work mate, and good luck with the Wed Shoot, just don't SHOOT The Groom...LOL!

Lovely lighthouse (always a favorite subject of mine) capture. I gave up weddings after dealing with too many mothers of the bride from hell.
