Description
* 5,500 tonnes of stone masonry has been used for repair works to the East Pier (a Grade II Listed Structure).
* 280,000 tonnes of rock revetment has been imported on barges from Norway.
* 11,000m 2 of concrete ‘boardwalk’ style paving has been provided to form a new promenade around Marine Drive.
* 630 pre-cast concrete piles have been drilled into the seabed around the Castle Headland and the East Pier.
* 4,400 pre-cast concrete Accropodes® have been used along the Castle Headland and the East Pier.
* A 1-metre high concrete wave return wall has been cast along the frontage.
All completed on time and on budget by the company I work for.

That's got be one of the best beach wall I've seen to date and I have never seen the use of pre-cast rocks before. Excellent capture David!
