Description

No great art here, but it has been a few day since I uploaded a photo. Most of my boating photos have been taken while traversing the canals in Lake Placid, FL. This one was taken on Lake June itself. The homes and boat houses are usually a bit nicer on the prime property. The boat was moving, not the motion blur at the bottom right. Thanks for visiting my infrared world!

I love the grey bricking in this. It has a strong feel next to the fluff of the foliage and the shine of the water.

Almost missed this one ! I like how the structures look, just like the effect you get from global lighting effect in 3D programs, neat addition Kort ! ~Cheers~

Kinda reminds me of what the world would look like after getting hit on the head. Its a wonderful place but hurts a little. Very nice work!! john KP

The physical structures and trees look so natural, yet the IR capture catches colours so unnatural- the surreal aspect is just amazing. It must be quite interesting to go out and about and capture these images that are so off kilter from what our eyes see, yet so familiar at the same time. Quite a magical bit of photography-- but I wonder how crazy it would look to combine IR and bracketed exposure for HDR images??
