Concept image for "Of Wizards and Sorcerers, A Practical Layman's Guide to Magic", Illustrated Fantasy Novel, currently in production.
�� and one of the most powerful of those is Malladoria, Grande High Sorceress, of Dark Arts and Enchantments. There are far too many tales that describe dark or evil sorceresses and witches as hideous or unattractive old hags. This is rarely the truth. While the Dark Arts, over time tend to impart a rather sinister look to those practicing, the affect is gradual and not so extreme. True appearance can be hidden with the use of a �glamour� enchantment. The �glamour�, being a spell that hides, or changes the true appearance of the caster. These spells are even more powerful when victims become enamored with the casters, and this happens often. Malladoria is already quite beautiful, and she can hide her sinister features, changing her hair, eyes, as well as other features to appear as someone totally different...�
