The Egyptian God Anubis with the face of a dog was the God of Death.. Maybe the room is some kind of preperation? rather sinister! A brilliant composition. Especially the light is done very well!

I am loving this! What a unique and spiritual scene you've created here. I am fond of Ancient Egypt and you've captured its mystery perfectly. I love how Anubis is posed and textured. My understanding of Anubis is that he was the protector of the dead, the one who brought them to the afterlife. Great lighting and I love how you placed those candles on leaves. Superb atmosphere and chamber.
