Description

I've been in a somber frame of mind lately, and have been thinking quite a bit about friends that have moved on to "greener pastures". Thus, this is dedicated to my mare, Candy Bright Eyes, that I had the privilege of owning for 23 years and her filly, Bright Promise, that I lost when she was only ten months old. Happy trails to you and may your buckets always be filled with oats! I'll remember you always. Done in Vue 7 Esprit and minor post work in Photoshop Elements 7.

This reminded me of a render I did awhile back http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/index.php?image_id=1437788&member...BTW, I saw an Avatar here someone was using a pic of a Samoyed which reminded me of my Bud. He would have been 27 this week...poor guy only made it to 10.

Nice scene...what a sky! Dare say they are both with you still...not entirely gone from this world. I see the blackened tree at the right as the gate to completing the journey beyond. They both await the day when you will join them and ride into those green pastures together.
