This certainly put a smile on my face; for it's beauty and humor; something we don't usually associate with "mermaids" or perhaps just a different variation of sorts :) Love the colors as they work to draw you in even more so, as the turbulence seems ever so powerful! The fin is beautiful--looks so soft and delicate; sort of a contrast to who it belongs to, and I adore that blend! Wonderful creativity and effect!

If this is the last, it is probably the best, the humor, the sense of motion, the colors, the lighting, it has everything! The expression on his face is wonderful, and it's nice to see that some mermen are "human"! This one has had way too much luck catching his meals, perhaps full grown Tuna instead of just little baby goldfish, LOL!!

whoa, who is this dude! Neptune meets sumo wrestler meets a guy I used to go to school with! Really playful, I like his expression, I like fish-half, and I like the "Vertigo" swirls; and his right arm is either out there for balance, or he's shouting "this way!" And I love the way the outer swirls break into these blobs of play-dough! (Do you remember play-dough? If not, how about 'digital loaves of blue bread'? I'm not very creative today...) Very playful and very well done. Loved the whole series. A fav for the whole bunch...just the right tone! Bravo!

A fat friend of mine just sent a pic of himself jumping into a pool. This added to the humor of this excellent piece. Man, he's really kicking up some swirls! Love it!

It's natural that a big guy like this can make a HUGE swirl! :) Awesome render!
