Delia is owner of Affliction, a Nashville tattoo parlor, which she runs with her girlfriend. While Shelly and Joe are investigating a murder in a downtown alley, Delia almost kills Joe with a gunshot to the chest; as a result, Shelly almost kills Delia. Recovering quickly due to a were's unnatural healing ability, Joe stops her slaughter so that she can answer some questions... Why is she carrying a .357 magnum loaded with silver-jacketed hollowpoints? What is she afraid of? And why did the vampire prince of Nashville send them to that alley in the first place?
