Description

My fiancee and I traveleed in Peru in May. We took a trip to the Colca valley (near Arequipa). As part of the tour, they take you early in the morning to a spot to view Andean Condors in flight. The Andean Condor is one of the largest birds in the world, with a wingspan of over 3 meters (10 feet). They are a carrion bird, part of the vulture family.
