Description

I just received this from my son Matt who is in Iraq. This kitten walked up to him, climbed up his rifle and wanted a little attention. It stayed for a few minutes then jumped off and walked away. He hasn't seen it since. I guess a picture IS worth a thousand words.

Even when life is treacherous, God's creatures give us reason to pause. Excellent.

I salute your hero Son too, and all his comrades who are fighting this cruel war. There is more pathos in this image than in all the platitudes and propaganda pushed out by the powers that be.

If people could only get along as easy as Matt and a stray kitten. WE pray for his quick and healthy return home. Dana

Excellent - this Picture to me ranks as one of those 'Visual Statements'. A brilliantly captured moment.
