Description

AloooooooooHa~ Another shot from a couple weeks ago when Sharky and I went night shooting, and experimenting with HDR at night. This one is a detail of the Kress Cinema building in downtown Hilo. The architecture of the building (1932) is Art -Deco, notice the floral designs, batwing shapes and terra cotta front. A little hard to tell at night with the orange glow of the flood lights. Can ya tell I love neon lights? As always viewing it full size is recommended. Besides $1.00 movies, it also houses Hilo's Tsunami exhibit with many photo's of old Hilo town. Thanks for having a look, and I do hope everyone is relaxing and enjoying what's left of the weekend...Aloha to All~

Before it changed into a movie theater, it was a well visited store. When you first entered....the red color popcorn was waiting for us...yummy. Nice nite shooting and a fun night.... Aloha
