Description
The creatures pictured here are one species (to be named later). It's perhaps incorrect to label either of them male or female since their reproduction isn't based on sperm and eggs, but in many respects the bull is the male. He guards a harem of "females", usually 5 to 10 but sometimes as many as 20 or 30. He is intensively aggresive, but over the millennia humans have discovered a way to tame him and farm the fleshy meat (the fruit) of the females. But it is not unheard of for bulls to turn on their farmers and kill them.
The bull was modeled first in Silo, his tenntacles and the golden flowers at their tips are solid growth, and the spikes were created with xfrog. The females were created exclusively with xfrog.
