Description

This old hut is presumably used to put in working devices for lumberjacks. I found it on one of my walks and I was amused about the building technique. I wish you all a great day. Thanks for looking.

Our old garden hut was on bricks like this, and the fox used to sleep underneath!

Well it is not Queen Elizabeth's summer cottage but the wood has a wonderful colour/texture! Great shot from the ground!

They went to such trouble to build a sturdy shelter, you would think they would have leveled the ground first! LOL! Well seen - a great shot!

I think it would be more scary being surrounded by all the trees and heavy tree trunks! nice capture.

Great shot. Maybe it can be moved and that is why it isn't on a permanent foundation.

I sort of have to wonder why not put it on solid wooden beams instead of rock piles. :-) But then we would not have its same charm to view.
