psychedelic but also Celtic, forms that remind one of the old Celtic manuscripts (Lindisfarne Gospels, Book of Kells, etc). It's luminous and simple, the interlaced lines are complex but not overburdened, it looks like you have genuine symmetry throughout (maybe the 'psychedelic' comes in here, lol, as we used to stare at forms like this when we were high and moan "oh wowwwwww"!) (ya had to bring up THAT memory, lol), and you have that stained-glass-like look again, with those st.glass-like hues morphing as they would in undulating glass, and letting light through. Yet you fade each panel in a software-way. I realized that combined styles don't impede you, they meld into a single vision in your hands; and the cross-like form gives it a mildly iconic look, like another of your icons for a culture parallel to one of ours. Well, this catches me up for the time being, and it was a great place to end for today. Beautiful piece, I love it.

This is great. I love the structure, it seems totemistic to me, and the totem I see is the butterfly. I love the texturing you did here, like a mix of stained glass and watercolor. Powerful and intriguing work as always. I look forward to coming back next week and catching up on all that I've missed.
