I was out and about in the woods, I found this old pumper the hole dry up and its rusting away.

Huh, surprised someone hasn't salvaged this pumpjack. Ownership disputes are the most common reasons for such neglect, but nothing looks bent.

That's what we used to call these, they were a common sight all around Southern California when I was a kid. Some of them were even painted fancifully to represent insects or dinosaurs... great shot!
