touching poem Jane, and your picture is as always a delicate gift. Awash in all kinds of blues, many luminous; and your cats in their natural postures (feeling as if they were here when we came, not that they were placed here by the artist); and your integration of nature-detail with all your imaginative skies & trees & lights (rendered with the glow & softness they call for)—all of these are wonderful. And the toadstools & fairies—large & small—are all beautifully rendered. I esp. like the large goddess whose wings are relaxed as she gently touches the cat...and of course your butterflies & stars and speckles of tiny wildflowers, all add the finishing touches. Well thank you back, for giving us so much of yourself here, in your always loving comments, your always great support, and these images which you work so hard on, and which radiate with childhood and transcendence all at once.
