Definitely a Faerie and i agree that a different colour for the frame would be better, although it does grab you eyes.

ShotgungOd's right, wings it's a fairy, no wings an elf. Not that I'm an expert on these things, but my screen name should give me at least some credence. Now that we have that issue resolved,.....WHY don't you do these normally???? This is really amazing work, and should probably be all that you do!!! Really, this is a great render, and a beautiful scene. Should you ever feel the urge to do another in this vein, please feel free to do so, until then, I'll just keep a vigil.
