Description

This was the Padova lap of the Italian Tour: they had just started, and I was going home, when my car was stopped in the middle of the road by the policemen in order to allow the cyclists pass on the other side of the boulevard. I left the car and rushed to get shoot a photo. Just a few seconds later I got them. In the foreground there are two reporters following the tour. They look like Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy to me. Hence the title.I posted this shot for the Action contest. Thank you for your kind comments.

Great shot. Looks like the bicyclist by the car is letting the Skoda car pull him. He is holding on to the car with his right hand.

I can almost hear Laurel in the back whispering to Hardy doing the driving, ..."And a fine mess you've gotten us into Olie." Way to go Sandra...love the associations you make with your photo subjects.
