Description
After Christine put the boys to bed, she wandered onto the observation gangway and ran into Nor(click)Nar sitting on the rail.
As she propped herself against the railing he stated:
Nor(click)Nar: "This had been on my mind for some time, why does your Earth species wear such flimsy armor almost all the time?"
Christine: "Our ancient writings tell us our first ancestors disobeyed our creator and in doing so, discovered they were naked and hid from Him. He was angered and killed an animal and made clothes for them from it's fur as He banished them from paradise. We've worn this flimsy armor and hid ourselves from each other ever since. There are times when we don't."
Nor(click)Nar: "I've noticed. You wear less armor than Marie or your sister."
Christine: "I am just more open spirited than they. Marie sometimes wears nothing around Robert, because they're married."
Nor(click)Nar: "We have a similar tale from our ancient history, but we didn't disobey the creator, thus, no flimsy armor. Only good, thick armor. Interesting."

Nice explanation! I'd have just said "Coz they have POCKETS!" :) Christine should ask a counter question: "So, with guys running around nekkid all the time, where do you put your spare change?" :)
