wow mandi, how fascinating. It's got real organic forms & weaves, but you've softened them into a kind of melange of energy-lines & lights, or as if we were seeing it through fluid. Also if I look closely, it seems like you have more of your totem-like shapes (though that could be me reading into it)—it's just there are some shapes in the darker recesses that look like they're faded faces, etc. In any case, it's a patchwork of weaves with lots of cross-currents, and a beautiful color-scheme with some beautiful saturated blues & violets. An artist's DNA. Another fine piece from you, and another beautiful weave. (And you know what? It morphs as it changes size. The smaller one is a different viewing experience, not just a smaller version. I like that you softened the edges of the piece too...

It is really a challenge! To me,root means "deep"...something that grab us to something... and what do I see here ?... better: what do I "feel" here? I see clear and diffuse structures, crossing each other...i can see through them a deep blue that rises to the surface in various shades,liquefied and warm colours also under the others in another plan but unified...Wel, Mandy, sometimes i can see nothing but beauty..so,for sure this means it´s you!

I love all those faces staring back at me. It's like a tapestry or portrait where the people's eyes follow you around the room. I like how the pretty colors give a calming effect, but if I look closely, I am delighted by the surprises. Hauntingly beautiful.
